First aid refresher

Introduction to first aid

This non-accredited awareness course is quick, simple to use and a cost effective solution for you to gain a general insight into the basics of first aid. While this is not a replacement for practical first aid training, it is suitable to complement practical first aid training to reinforce basic first aid steps and how to respond in an emergency.

This course is recommended for:
• Those wanting a brief and simple introduction to first aid,
• Workplaces wishing to include the course in their staff induction programs so all staff have some understanding of first aid.

Introduction to workplace infection control

The lecture / demonstration covers common injuries and illnesses that can occur in everyday life. Low voltage rescue and provide CPR

This course covers the performance of rescue procedures from live low voltage (LV) apparatus. It includes responsibilities for health, safety and risk management processes at all operative levels, adherence to safety practices and how to provide CPR to a non-responsive casualty.
